Programme of Indoor and Field Meetings.
Indoor Meetings.
Indoor meetings are usually held in the University Arts Tower Lecture Theatre 5, on the second Wednesday
of each month (except July and August) and include: an illustrated talk by an ornithologist of
local or national standing; news of forthcoming events; features on identification and
local habitats; recent bird news from the Sheffield area. Meetings
start at 7:15pm and finish by 9:30pm. All indoor meetings are free to members, £2 for non-members.

Field Meetings.
An annual programme of field meetings includes trips to coastal and inland
localities, usually by mini-bus, or coach where necessary.
Field Meetings for the year 2009 are as follows:
